Little Eden — A Christian Retreat Center

Little Eden Off-Season Reservation Policy
- Reservations for use of the Lodge or cabins, shall be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, as space
is available. Lodging options are available on a daily basis, seven days a week through the off-season.
- An advance deposit shall be required of all groups, per scheduled event, in order to confirm and hold the
group’s reservation. The deposit amount shall be based on the following guidelines:
- To reserve Lodge rooms — $200.00
- To reserve Pine Creek Lodge — $100.00
- To reserve individual cabin units — $50.00
- Deposits are non refundable, unless cancellation is given as follows: a. Ninety (90) days prior to the beginning date of the reservation for groups reserving the Lodge or 2 or more cabins; OR b. Sixty (60) days prior to the beginning date of the reservation for individual families who have reserved one cabin. Exceptions are granted in the case of illness or death in the family.
- A minimum reservation of five (5) rooms is required for overnight use of the Lodge.
- Deposits not received within thirty (30) days after making reservation may result in termination of reservation if another group desires the same dates.
- A group reserving ten or more rooms may book "exclusive use" of the Lodge by paying a $300.00 service fee above the normal charges for their group or rent the vacant rooms, whichever is less. Exclusive use still allows Little Eden the option of offering food service to cabin guests in the camp’s dining room. If exclusive use is not requested, Little Eden also reserves the right to book open Lodge rooms.
- Food service will be available for groups of twenty or more people, or when the combined total of all groups requesting food service is twenty or more. If groups requesting food service total less then twenty, each group will be responsible for its own food needs, or be charged for meals for twenty persons. Cooking in Lodge rooms and use of the kitchen in the Lodge by non-Little Eden staff is not permitted.
- Three weeks prior to arrival — It is the responsibility of the leader of each group to inform the camp of the approximate number of people coming and to make any meal arrangements if desired (number of meals and the times for each meal). Ten days prior to arrival — an exact number for lodging and meals must be given. It is the responsibility of the leader of the group to make sure the camp is reimbursed for the number of meals requested.
- A $5 late fee will be assessed for each additional person that registers after the one week deadline has passed.
